Matched to a cooling supplier’s profile
Imagine you run an industrial cooling company. You spot an announcement about a semiconductor facility in Gujarat.
It sounds promising. But an announcement doesn’t tell your sales team where to spend its time.
Will this facility need the kind of cooling we supply?
Is the buying decision approaching—or already behind us?
Who should we speak to, and what should we confirm?
Is there enough evidence to make this worth pursuing?
BeforeRFQ connects the project milestone, the possible buying need, and your supplier profile—so the next step is clearer.
Follow the path from a source bulletin to a focused sales decision. Each step answers a different question.

A source bulletin says Example Fab One has appointed an EPC contractor. For a cooling supplier, that is a project worth investigating—not yet a confirmed order.
“Project: Example Fab One
Location: Gujarat
Sector: semiconductor
Stage: epc_appointed”
“There’s a new factory” becomes a project to investigate with a product angle, a timing hypothesis, and evidence to read.

Procurement rules connect project stage to a possible need. Buying windows are estimates, and fit scores rank relevance—not the chance of winning.
Cooling procurement may be approaching.
An unconfirmed RFQ stays unknown. Contradictory evidence and unverified supplier profiles go to review instead of becoming confident-looking leads.

The useful work starts after discovery. Save the projects worth pursuing and record what actually happens as the conversation develops.
Updates reflect your team’s actions. BeforeRFQ does not send outreach or claim a sale happened automatically.
Start with the facility and utility categories that fit your business. A supplier’s products, markets and sector focus shape which projects belong in its feed.

No. A match identifies a possible product fit and procurement window. An RFQ may be unknown. The opportunity tells you what is supported, what is inferred and what still needs checking.
BeforeRFQ connects a milestone to a possible procurement category and a specific supplier profile. It also preserves the source evidence and gives the supplier a shortlist where sales progress can be recorded.
The current system processes structured bulletins from registered sources and curated or manually submitted supplier profiles. Operators control source trust and supplier verification. Automated web discovery is a planned capability, not a live feature in this prototype.
Not in the current version. The product helps prioritize a project and explains what to investigate. Buyer discovery, outreach and change alerts are separate roadmap items.
